Monitoring & Inspections
All work is inspected by our experienced supervisors who follow a rigorous sign off procedure. Close supervision during a job ensures any defects are identified and swiftly dealt with to ensure work is defect free upon hand over to the client.
Key Performance Indicators
Clairglow’s performance on a contract is measured by KPI’s and we work hard to maintain a high level of performance. We report back to clients with KPI information at regular intervals.
At a recent contract review meeting Clairglow received the following feedback ‘As the results show, this contract went very well overall. Problems reported to Clairglow were responded to quickly and efficiently. We also received very good verbal feedback regarding the fitters on several occasions.’
Warehouse
We carry a large stock of plumbing & heating materials at our warehouse in Borough Green which reduces any risk which may arise in terms of product availability from a supplier.
Information Technology
Clairglow utilise a number of IT systems to assist us in the efficient delivery of a contract. Our bespoke in house database holds a variety of information for each job that Clairglow carries out. The database allows us to record everything that happens at a property including start and completion dates, engineer visits, boiler serial numbers, and breakdown and service information.
We use the Sage Construct programme to monitor the costs associated with each job which allows us to provide our clients with accurate financial data during the course of a contract.
Clairglow also has experience in utilising the IT systems of it’s clients and integrating them with our in house systems.
